80 % apple juice with pulp, 19 % cranberries, 1% elderberry juice
Pajottenlander apple-cranberry juice has a bright red colour.
The aroma is fresh, sour sweet.
The cranberries (vaccinium macrocarpon) for the cranberry juice are specially selected for their firmness, colour and exceptional quality. They originate from Canada and were grown in a well drained acidic peaty soil.
Pajottenlander cranberry juice is of exceptional quality. It is obtained by lightly pressing the berries at low temperature for subsequently further drying. Because it is a premium ‘virgin’ juice, the brix (measurement for glucose) is about 14°, which is higher than normal.
Cranberry juice contains a lot of vitamin C, minerals and polyphenols (antioxidants).
These special antioxidants keep the skin, the capillaries and the veins young and in top shape.
Cranberry juice is, moreover, world-wide known for its preventive and curative function in case of bladder infections. It has a cleaning effect on the urinary and prevents bacteria to attach themselves to the sides of bladder, urethra and kidneys. It supports the overall functioning of bladder and kidneys and is also slightly diuretic.
Rich in vital substances, apple juice makes our body less prone to infection and keeps the intestinal flora balance. In addition to being detoxicating, it has a wholesome effect in case of gall and bladder complaints, loss of appetite and skin disease. Moreover, apple juice is highly recommended in case of liver and kidney complaints.
